This place is amazing - very delicious food, very nice ambience and vibe. It is quite small so you should make a reservation in advance - walk ins can be difficult simply because there isn’t much space. The food is absolutely amazing - definitely check it out!

Took a train ride into Hoboken to walk around. Made a reservation here a couple days prior (must have a reservation and cash only). This was our first time at this establishment and it was superb. My dad had stuffed artichoke which he is still talking about. The linguine with clam sauce and lasagna special were outrageously good. The staff is pleasant, friendly and courteous. Will definitely be visiting again.

Augustinos is an institution and everyone should experience it. The food is tasty, the wine selection is good, the portions are hefty, and the service is familial. You come here to have a great meal and feel welcomed, taken care of. Come hungry and order the breaded double pork chop with peppers - spicy and delicious.

My husband and two sons had dinner last night… a yearly tradition spending the day in hoboken and going to dinner. Now we found our favorite place to have dinner! The food was outstanding, and Sharon the owner made you feel like you were at your family’s dinner table! Will be returning soon and often!❤️❤️

Excellent restaurant family owned food was delicious . cash only,but worth every penny service was great. Met the owner. She was awesome ambience is exactly what it should be.

Augustino's is unfortunately very over-hyped. We had been trying to go here for a long time and finally went recently for dinner after getting off the waitlist and multiple calls with a very rude staff member. Ambiance is nice, the place is tiny and cozy. Even for an 8pm reservation we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. Cocktails were great, food was standard Italian food but not at all the best Italian food out there or even in Hoboken (I don't believe their pasta is homemade but can't confirm). "Feisty staff" is one way of calling the rude waitstaff. Overall, we had an okay experience but won't return.

I can’t believe that I lived in Hoboken for 10+ years without ever going here. It’s fantastic. The second I walked though the door, I knew by the aromas in the dining room, I was in for a night of good food. We (thankfully) got to taste everyone’s dishes and everything was exceptional. Veal picatta, chicken parm, lamb chops and GIANT veal chops were all so flavorful and well prepared. We also had the juiciest meatballs and the calamari (and its tomato sauce) was the best I’ve ever had. Great servers with sass! Make a rez and go.

Where do I even begin!? This place is just awesome, I love how authentic the people and the food are! They had me and my wife smiling the whole time. It has been a long time since we’ve had a experience like this. Best restaurant in Hoboken, I almost didn’t want to write a review so I can keep this place to myself :) thanks ladies, see you again on Friday!
